From your first trial to regular training.

01

01

STEP

BOOK A TRIAL

Contact the instructor and choose a suitable training session.

02

02

STEP

TRY THE TRAINING

Your first two training sessions are free.

If you want to continue and the instructor confirms that the group is suitable, move to regular training.

03

03

STEP

JOIN THE CLUB

Membership and consent form: available from the instructor on request.

Monthly membership and invoicing start from your agreed joining date.

04

04

STEP

GET YOUR DO-GI

Once you decide to continue, get a white karate uniform.

It does not need to be expensive — basic and second-hand options are fine.

Ask the instructor before buying if you are unsure about the size or model.

05

05

STEP

ADD YOUR PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

As partner and contact work develops, you will gradually need your own protective equipment.

Suitable second-hand equipment can also be used where appropriate.

Check the type and size with the instructor before buying.

06

06

STEP

CHOOSE YOUR NEXT GOALS

Depending on your group, interests and readiness, you can take part in gradings, seminars, workshops and competitions.

These are optional reference points for testing and developing your karate both inside and outside the club.
