A small group, with attention to each child

We adapt exercises, explanations and pace to the participants’ abilities. The focus is on practising and taking part together. An initial conversation helps us understand what your child needs to participate.

The Eric Bortels methodology

Classes are based on the I-Karate methodology developed by Eric Bortels. This provides a basis for adapted karate, with room for individual abilities and support.
